To produce quality baking products requires high quality ingredients that we can guarantee! We aim to provide the consumer with a fresh product that tastes perfect and looks superb. We avoid products with deficient quality (gritty, crumbly, poor harvests, unreliable origin and processing, incorrect sorting) as well as under-sized products.
Consumers demand baking products of high quality when saving money is not the priority. We operate in the quality market and therefore make no compromises.
We have high expectations about the quality of raw materials. For imported goods (which usually come from overseas), the relationship to the producer and knowledge about further processing is vital. To retain the flavour and the naturalness of our products we avoid preservatives and radiation processing. Fresh, intact goods plus gentle processing is what matters to avoid grittiness and breakages. You can see this – and taste it. Rexim is simply in a class of its own.
